Our Programs
Preschool Program
With co-ed classes for children walking age to 4 years old, the Preschool Program encourages movement, exploration, and foundational gymnastics skills in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
Progressive Program
Children age 5 and up may join the Progressive Program where dedicated Boys Classes and Girls Classes help develop gymnastics skills with a structured curriculum that promotes steady progression.
Open Gym
Enjoy structure-free time to move, explore, and play in the gym, giving children the freedom to practice skills, build confidence, and have fun in a supervised environment.
Special Events
Through field trips and special initiatives like the FLIP Program, we help children and families connect, explore, and make a positive impact in the community.

At Forward Gymnastics, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to experience the joy of gymnastics.
To us, fun is what makes a child smile during class, and joy is what makes them walk out standing a little taller. That’s why we’re committed to high-quality instruction in a safe and welcoming environment. Our coaches do more than call out instructions—they help children learn and gain confidence through every success, challenge, and milestone.
Whether a child dreams of cartwheels, finding a place where they belong, or more, our goal is the same: to help all children learn quality gymnastics—joyfully and safely.
